Undoubtedly, Malpelo is one of the gems of diving worldwide, being hailed by many experts as the best diving site in the world! And it's no surprise, as it's an incredible marine life hotspot that brings together large congregations of sharks, pelagic species like tunas and jacks, and much more.

We will embark on a 9-day journey to the remote island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean in search of the famous hammerhead shark schools and the other spectacles that happen in Malpelo.

Given that it's a destination full of adrenaline and adventure, it's required that you have an advanced diving level and a minimum of 35 logged dives.

Malpelo is a remote island, located 500 km off the Colombian Pacific coast, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offering a unique underwater paradise where you can explore a pristine marine ecosystem and unparalleled diversity of life.

It's the perfect destination for passionate divers seeking unforgettable experiences amidst untouched nature and rarely visited depths.

Its inaccessibility has preserved its natural beauty, making it a haven for marine life. The island is famous for its nutrient-rich currents that attract large congregations of sharks, including hammerhead sharks, Galapagos sharks, whale sharks, and silky sharks. Additionally, Malpelo is home to huge schools of pelagic fish, such as tuna and jacks, as well as manta rays and other impressive marine species.

The underwater rock formations and unparalleled biodiversity make each dive an exciting adventure. Undoubtedly, this remote destination offers diving enthusiasts the opportunity to explore a virtually untouched marine ecosystem.

ITINERARY

Day 1

June 17th

-11:00 a.m we meet at the Mar Antiguo facilities in Cali.
-3:00 p.m we leave in our transportation to Buenaventura.
-7:00 p.m we board the SeaWolf and a welcome briefing is given.
-8:00 p.m dinner and sail to Malpelo Island.

The rental gear it's charged by every effective diving day and the price varies according to each item:
