REQUIREMENTS, TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
Most of our trips are diving experiences. If they are experiences for certified divers, you must have at least the PADI Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent depending on the destination) and have dived at least once in the last six months. You must send a copy of your certification through the registration form once your spot in the experience is confirmed.
*If you want to get certified or need a refresher, let us know so we can advise you. **In advance of the trip, you will need to complete the service agreement.
***The required certification levels depend on the destinations:

Malpelo: Advanced + 25 logged dives.

Maldives: Advanced + 50 logged dives + Nitrox.
We recommend scheduling your return flight starting from 6:00 PM after the last dive for sufficient time.
*For Gorgona and Malpelo experiences, we recommend scheduling the return flight after 3:00 PM.
*For all other experiences, we recommend scheduling the return flight after 12:00 PM.
If you have already paid (deposit or in full) and need to cancel your trip up to 45 days before, there will be a refund in the form of a voucher with a 25% penalty of the amount paid that you can redeem for another experience with us within 12 months. If the cancellation is notified within 45 days or less, there will be no refund.
If due to force majeure we cannot travel, at the traveler's choice, 100% of the money will be refunded or credited for a future Divinglife.co experience within a maximum period of 12 months.
If during the trip (once there), we cannot do any of the activities due to reasons attributable to DivingLife.co, a voucher equivalent to the value of that activity will be refunded within a maximum period of 12 months. In the event that the activity cannot be carried out due to force majeure or simply the traveler does not want to do it, no refund will be made.
If you do not pay within the stipulated deadlines, you will lose your spot and there will be no refund of the money paid.
We are not responsible for delays and cancellations caused by airlines or transport agencies.
In the event that the minimum number of people required to carry out the experience is not met, you will be notified in writing and the corresponding advances will be refunded.
